BOSTON

 

Proceed from Boston on Route 93 South (Expressway) toward the Braintree split. As you approach the Braintree split, bear left onto Route 3 South following signs toward Braintree and Cape Cod. As you exit onto Route 3 South, take the first exit on the right following the signs to Braintree-Washington Street. As you take the exit marked Braintree-Washington Street (this exit splits in two directions.), bear left following signs to Quincy Center and Burgin Parkway. Go down the hill to a set of lights. Follow this ramp past the entrance to the MBTA Station Garage on your right. Proceed straight on the Burgin Parkway to the fifth set of lights (A Burger King is located at this intersection on the left.) and turn right onto Granite Street. Proceed to the next set of lights and take a left onto Hancock Street. As you turn left, follow the flow of traffic as it proceeds on Hancock Street to the Church Of The Presidents which is located within a traffic circle. At the lights adjacent to the church, take a left to remain on Hancock Street.

 

The Law Office of Neil M. Kerstein is located on the first floor at 12-12 Hancock Street. 12-12 Hancock Street is a red brick building which is located on your right. There is a Federal Express box in front of the building and columns on either side of the front door. On street parking is available as well as parking in the garage behind President's Place at 1250 Hancock Street.

 

SOUTH SHORE / CAPE COD

 

Proceed on Route 3 North to the Braintree MBTA/Quincy exit. Take the exit which is labeled Quincy Center-MBTA. If you reach the Route 93 Split bearing right to Boston, you have missed the exit. Follow the signs pass the entrance to the MBTA Station Garage on your right. Proceed straight on the Burgin Parkway to the fifth set of lights (Burger King is located at this intersection.) and turn right onto Granite Street. Proceed to the next set of lights and take a left on Hancock Street. Proceed to the next set of lights and take a left onto Hancock Street. SOUTHEASTERN MASSACHUSETTS- ROUTE 24

 

Follow Route 24 bearing right towards Quincy/Braintree/Boston at the Route 128, 95 split. Follow Route 128, 95 until you pass the South Shore Plaza on your right heading towards Route 3 South to Braintree and Cape Cod. Before joining Route 3 South, exit highway at the first exit on the right after the South Shore Plaza indicating Quincy Center, Braintree/ MBTA Station. This exit splits in two directions. Bear left following signs indicating Quincy Center /MBTA Station and Burgin Parkway. Go down the hill to a set of lights. Follow this ramp past the entrance to the MBTA Station Garage on your right.

Follow Mass Pike (East). Exit Mass Pike onto Route 128 South (also designated 95 South and Route 1 further along). Do not exit onto 95 South toward Providence, RI. Stay on Route 128 (also designated Route 1at this point) Follow Route 128, 95, 1 until you see signs indicating Route 3 South to Braintree and Cape Cod.
